- AIS - Automatic Identification System, Automatic Information System or Automatic Identification of Shipping.
- AIVDM - AIS VHF Datalink Message (AIS NMEA sentence that contains data about another ship)
- AIVDO - AIS VHF Datalink Own-vessel Message (AIS NMEA sentence that contains data about own ship)
