AIS Sea Scope Plus (dual channel)
- Housed in smart black enclosure with prominent KATAS logo.
- 4-line backlit alphanumeric LCD display for dynamic readout of received parameters.
- Optically isolated external NMEA input for entry of multiple GPS sentences via supplied cable.
- Uses efficient GPS NMEA decoding algorithm that means that no time is wasted in decoding current position etc.
- AIVDO (own ship) sentences can be manually paced or set to automatic if own ship speed is available.
- Uses input GPS data to construct AIVDO sentences that are merged with outgoing AIVDM (other ship) sentences.
- Requires GPS receiver with local configuration ability with current-loop interface.
- Has additional software commands to configure and filter NMEA input data.
